According to my family, they came with 2 small children, but no one knows their names. They had my great grandfather, Benjamin Franklin (Frank was what he went by) Lax on May 6, 1861. He then married Susan Joan Elkins in early manhood and they had 5 children: Alice Gertrude, Benjamin Cleveland, Herbert Layfayette, Edgar Houston(my grandfather-born 2-6-1890) and Myrtie Ann. I don't know when Nancy died but William Lax was living with Frank Lax during the 1910 US Census and was 80 years old. I hope this helps you.
