She was born in Forsyth County on December 12, 1944 to John David and Mamie Marie Sykes Warden. Ms. Harp was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her children, Mark Daniel Harp of East Bend, John Matthew Harp of East Bend, Sarah Harp Studard and longtime partner Jennifer Lynn McIntire of Boonville, and Rachel Harp (Bryce) Cremeans of East Bend; brother, Gary David Warden of Winston-Salem; sister, Carolyn Brooks of East Bend; grandchildren, Kyle Studard, Justin McIntire, Sean Studard, Tyler Cremeans, John Cremeans, and Chloe Cremeans. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m., Friday, October 3, 2008, at Central Tabernacle, in Winston-Salem, with the Rev. Sandra Bovender and Rev. Sam Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 2 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., at H! uff Funeral Home in East Bend.
