She was born June 9, 1935 in Forsyth County to the late Franklin and Lucy Gentry Kane. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Truman D. Kane. Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Benny Gray Webb; sons, Dale Webb, Jeffery (Sharon) Webb; grandchildren, Jamie A. Webb, Jody Webb, Nicholas Webb, Nichole Webb; brother, Frank C. (Sarah) Kane, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Faye Kane, Mary June Madison, Betty Jo Sapp; several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 28 at Boonville Baptist Church by the Rev. Ken Boaz. Burial will follow in the Boonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville.
