She was born Jan. 13, 1941, in Wilkes County. Surviving are her husband, Dan W. Harris of the home; her children, Jeff (Wendy) Harris of Jonesville; Janie (Jeff) Cox of Traphill; and Debra Ann Royal and Jimmy (Shirley) Harris, both of Jonesville; grandchildren Lea Gray, Brittany Hall, Shayann Harris, Dylan Harris and Hope Harris; and great-grandchildren Cain Hall and Mark Gray. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12, at Fall Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Don Hudson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 11, at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Jonesville is serving the Harris family.
