She was born Nov. 7, 1929, in Yadkin County to Charlie A. and Jessie Scott Dezern. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hoover R. Lineberry; a son, Tony Lineberry; and two brothers, Mack Dezern and Jack Dezern. She was a wonderful cook and homemaker. She will be greatly missed by her children and all those who love her. Mrs. Lineberry was a member of Gospel Light Baptist Church of Walkertown. Surviving are her five children, Patricia (Ike) James of Yadkinville; Jerry Lee (Connie) Lineberry and Chuck (Pat) Lineberry, both of Walkertown; Mike Lineberry (Lisa) of Winston-Salem; and Gene Lineberry of Fisher Peak; 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and her brothers and sisters, Charles Dezern of Winston-Salem, Peggy Jumper of Walkertown,! Marlene Taylor of East Bend, Nell Barnett of Dobson and Larry Dezern of Tennessee. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today, March 6, at Huff Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Bobby Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family would like to thank Willowbrook Rehabilation Care Center for the care Mrs. Lineberry received and also Hospice and Palliative Care of Forsyth/Davie County.
