A daughter of the late Joseph W. and Partha Stallard Roberson, Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Blankenship; two brothers, Joseph W. Jr. and George Roberson; her sister, Nita Smith; and her son, Harold Dorton. Margie was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Lewisville. She will be missed greatly by her family; her children, Nadine Brickey and husband Carl of Pfafftown; Bill Dorton and wife Shirley of East Bend; Everett Dorton and wife Shirley of East Bend; Ella Styers and husband Marvin of King; and Judy Nahay and husband Terry of Indonesia; her 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at Huff Funeral Home Chapel in East Bend. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will re! ceive friends and family between the hours of 7 and 9 p.m. today, March 7, at Huff Funeral Home in East Bend. Published in the Winston-Salem Journal on 3/7/2008.
