He was born July 21, 1954 to Hurley Golden Bottoms & Mae Chaffin Corvin. Mr. Bottoms was a member of Peace Haven Baptist Church. Mr. Bottoms was employed by Unifi. He was preceded in death by his father, Hurley Bottoms; and two brothers, Isaac Lee Bottoms, and Mark Samuel Bottoms. Surviving are his fiancÂ,e, Rachel Grigg; his mother, Mae Chaffin Hughes; step father, Jim Hughes; a son, Michael Gregory Bottoms, Winston-Salem; two sisters, Wendy Bottoms (Bill) Morris, Franklinville, Joy Bottoms (Randy) Ogburn, Winston-Salem; a brother, John (Ana) Bottoms, Boonville; and several nieces, nephews, and many special friends. The family will receive friends from 10 11 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Peace Haven Baptist Church in Yadkinville. His Funeral will follow the visitation at 11 a.m. by the Rev.
