She was born on June 23, 1920, in Yadkin County to Lewis Winfield and Tennie Henning Hutchins. Miss Hutchins retired from Hanes Knitwear after 40 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Laura Lee Hutchins and Edna Mae Hutchins; and a brother, Dallas Cleaborn Hutchens. She is survived by a brother, Rev. Guy Edward Hutchins; three nieces, Rachel Ellis, Shirley Hutchens, and Rhonda Gossett; four nephews, Guy Edward Hutchins, Jr., David Hutchens, Phillip Hutchens, and Mark Hutchens; eleven great-nieces and nephews; and fourteen great-great-nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service for Miss Hutchins will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 22, at Voglers Reynolda Road Chapel with her brother, the Rev. Guy Edward Hutchins officiating. Interment will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Reynolda Ro! ad Chapel on the day of Service. n lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Forsyth County.
