She was born June 16, 1937 in Yadkin County to the late William Ernest and Mary Steelman Norman. Mrs. Eads was a member of Friendly Chapel Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Thomas Arthur Eads, a brother Allen Norman. Surviving are her children Linda (J.R.) Neese, Clemmons; Timothy (Dianne) Eads, Yadkinville; Gay (Kevin) Morris, Lewisville; Teresa (Terry) Long, Hamptonville; Tommy Eads, Hamptonville; and Donna (Bobby) Childress, Mocksville; fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; Brothers Charles (Beth) Norman, Phillip (Louise) Norman; sister-in-law Susie Norman. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Saturday May 8, 2010 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A graveside service will be conducted 3:00 PM Sunday May 9, 2010 at Yadkin Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Mark Elmore. IN lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Alzh! eimer's Association Western Carolina Chapter 3800 Shamrock Drive Charlotte NC 28215-3220.
