He was born May 15, 1991 in Surry County to Amy Moore. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his great grandfather, Jesse Dowell. He is survived by his mother, Amy Moore; a sister, Summer Savannah Bowen; a brother, Jeremy Leland Moore; his grandparents, Debbie & Farrell Adkins; and his great grandmother, Bonnie Dowell. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Elkin Funeral Service Chapel with Rev.
