If I'm not mistaken Yadkin Co was not formed until 1850 from Surry Co, so your Percells may have resided in Surry before moving to Tazwell Co, VA. I don't see any Percells in Surry until 1820 when a Timothy "Prussil" is listed. This is not much. Hope you have found more since your post.
