She was born January 1, 1927 in Yadkin County to the late Phillip H. and Joyce Holcomb Long. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Thomas Ray Davis; 2nd husband, Dr. Lincoln S. Todd; daughters, Debbie Diane Davis, Donna Davis Mathis. Surviving are her grandchildren, Danielle (Dustin) Walker, Davis (Amy ) Mathis; great grandchildren, Holden Walker, Hadley Walker, Kaitlyn Mathis; sister, Nancy (Miles) Gentry; brothers, Doug (Marie) Long, Donald (Joyce) Long. Her funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 23 at Center United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday, at Center United Methodist Church. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Todd family.
