Norma was born October 21, 1932, in Surry County, NC to the late Wilson Thomas and Maude Coe. She was a faithful member of Union Grove Baptist Church and she loved to bake pound cakes. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Pell Williams and sons, Mark Edward and Timothy Williams. She is survived by her sons, Billy Franklin Williams (Debra) of East Bend, William Darrell Williams (Denise) of Yadkinville; daughter, Betty Williams Cain (Michael) of Yadkinville; grandchildren, Frankie Williams, Heather Shew, Sarah Williams, Mindy Williams, Marcus Williams; great grandchildren, Jacob Cook, Taylor Williams, Caleb Shew, Mackenzie Shew; brothers, Eddie Coe, Raymond Coe, and sisters, Maudie Stanley and Peggy Wishon. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday! , September 30, 2010, at Huff Funeral Home in East Bend. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday at Union Grove Baptist Church in Yadkinville with Pastor Kenny Gooden officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Union Grove Baptist Church; building fund, 2401 Nebo Rd, Yadkinville, NC 27055. Condolences may be made to www.hufffuneralhome.com.
