Mrs. Swaim was born November 14, 1915 to the late Rovy & Ethel Lamb Wagoner. She was a member of Mitchell's Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dollie Swaim, a sister Juanita Steelman; two brothers Floyd Wagoner, and Dwight Wagoner. Surviving are several nieces and nephews; a step grandson Michael Swaim. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Sunday, February 14, 2010 at Mitchell's Chapel United Methodist Church. Her funeral will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, following the visitation, by the Rev. Charles Turner, and Rev. Dana Wooten. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mitchell's Chapel United Methodist Church 2410 Center Rd., Boonville, NC 27011, or Mountain Valley Hospice PO. Box 1267 Yadkinville, NC 27055.
