She was born in Yadkin County, NC; daughter of the late Charlie Allen and Lavera Hoots Reavis. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Mackie Sinclair Funeral Chapel with the Rev. David Gilbreath officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Winston-Salem. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Service at the funeral home. Survivors include her three daughters, Melissa Wyse (Richy) of the home, Christine Brown (Lloyd) of Mocksville and Barbara Wills (Terry) of TN; a son, Bobby Hoots (Melody) of Winston-Salem; three brothers, Jerry Reavis (Betty) of Boonville, Lee Reavis of the home and Terry Reavis (Nancy) of Statesville; and two grandchildren, Scotty Reavis (Brittany) and Joshua Wyse.
