Dear Evelyn, The Carraway in my line is my great-grandmother, Fanny Lee Carraway, b. Nov, 3, 1869 in Greene Co., NC, d. Dec. 26, 1925 in Wilson Co. She was the daughter of John Carraway - I have no other information for him or for Fanny's mother. Fanny was married to Benjamin Harvey Shackelford, my great-grandfather. My other great-grandmother was Nancy Whitley, who was married to my great-grandfather John Evans. Nancy died in 1945 in Wilson Co.
