I am working on a lot of names in Wilson Co., most of which have their origin in Edgecombe in the part that became Wilson. In particular, I am working on the Baileys who spilled over from Greene Co. My grandfather, William Parrot Bailey, died in Saratoga in the 1902 typhoid epidemic. He was born in Greene Co., the son of Dove (David) M. Bailey and Rachel Mercer Bailey. Also would like additional information on my step-grandfather's family. He was Isaac Lee Rogers, the son of John Rogers and Elizabeth Walston. He was born near Saratoga in the late 1880's and lived in Saratoga all of his adult life. Also descendants of John Webb, who was in Edgecombe in the part that was taken into Wilson.
