OK, here goes: I have no dates for these. I got this from my grandmother. Robert Batten married Martha ? Children: Harris, Bunn, Della and Piddie. (not sure of spelling of last one. Both of the girls married Creech men). Harris Batten married Margaret Hatcher Children: Amos, Charlie, Steven, and Joe (I don't know if there are any more and what their names would be. Amos Batten married Polly Watson Children: Sereenie, Thayer, Ada, Ida, Edwin, Moses, Jessey, Eula (my grandmother and my connection to the Roses), Avery, Ethel, and Chester. And they thought Viagra was a new thing NOT......LOL The first two children listed died in infancy. Come from a huge line of Battens. According to family memory, we are no relation to the Battens that were in Micro but I believe we were. One of those Hatfields and McCoys issues that runs rampant in every branch of my tree (which I have come to the conclusion it's not a tree at all but more like a Wysteria Vine). Thanks Crystal
