Hi Sloan, The only info I have on Kinchen Pitman is from the 1860 census of Wilson County. He is listed as being 21 years old, with an occupation of a day laborer. The index of marriages 1855-1903 ( I believe from Black Creek Township) lists him marrying Sallie Williford on 1-2-1860. Do you have any info on your Kinchen? Also, would anyone know the origin of the name Kinchen? Mike Sloan Barnes wrote: > Hi Mike, > > I was interested in your Kinchen Pittman from the Wilson Township.
