I do not know if they are related but I have been trying to find out if maybe they were. I do not have the parents of William Bert Williams or Margaret Ruffin. If you know please tell me. Margaret was born 5/20/1838 and William was born 2/22/1835. My brother said they were originially from Pitt CO. Or atleast Annie was at one time.
