For information, please contact me directly. “Untangling the Elrod Family in South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama” focuses on those 3 states and shows their connections back into North Carolina in the late 1700s, and traces the movement of Elrods out of SC into Georgia and Alabama in the early 1800s. “Untangling the Elrod Family in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky” focuses on the Elrods who moved from Rowan County, NC to western counties of NC, such as Wilkes and Ashe (late 1700s).
