My mother had an aunt that lived in Parsonsville NC years ago named Lillie Parsons. I last seen Lillie when I was about 10 years old. Lillie's husband I think was Frank. She had sons Paul and Silas and I think James. Some of her other kin was Alonzo Welch, (Alonzo's wife Bertha was in a wheelchair.) Ophelia Parsons, Mitch Welch, Wade Welch. My mother was Vergie Welch daughter of Dora Welch. Mother had a sister named Ruby that married Fidel Whittington. I have never been able to find out who my grandfather is. I suppose all the ones that could have told me are dead now? If you knew my mother or any of the people mentioned above, please let me know.
