Hi, I don't know how accurate my dates are; but I have. James 'Franklin' Settle b: abt 1860 d: abt 1910m: 20 Dec 1878 Phoebe Jane Russell b: abt 1859. Children I have listed are George Washington; Martha Ann; Ira James Franklin. He then m: Margurita/Margarite 'Maggie' Jane Fisher. Children.. Burton Elias; Marcus Columbus; Effie Cornelia; James Thomas. Notes for 'Maggie' 1910 census. Listed in the house hold of George Settle (brother to James), as Sister in-law Margarite Settle 'widowed' 2nd wife of James 'Franklin' Settle; living with her are children as above.
