I used to attend Thankful Baptist Church way back in the 1970's as a child. My family is also connected to the Saners and Carltons but I'm just now starting to trace my family roots. This summer I plan on visiting a second cousin who lives right down the road from Thankful Baptist Church ("Old Thankful" as my mother and Aunts used to call it when I was young).
