Hello, Could someone please help me on how to order court records from Wilkes Co., NC? I would like to order a copy of the will of Jonathan Stamper, Sr. (1719-1799) which is dated December 17, 1793. Where do I send my request to? Must I send a self addressed envelope? How much do they charge for making photocopies? Are there any volunteers who would make a trip to the Court House?
