Hi, The information about the marriage of Benamin Greer and Sarah Jones is also recorded, except for the bond #, in the book Marriages of Wilkes County, NC 1778-1868. This source has another Benjamin Greer & Leah Waters, 31 Jan 1822, Lewis Waters, bm. Also, if you live relatively close to a Latter Day Saints History Center, you can access the marriage information though that facility, I believe.
