Hi Kay....I have been trying to find info on E. B. Hampton and wife Alice. My gg grandfather William H. Freeman m. to Hannah Dunn Freeman bought land from Mr. Hampton by l860 in Yadkin Co. NC. They relocated from Montgomery Co. NC to this county. Trying to find some reason they relocated to Yadkin Co. and wondered if the Hampton's and Freeman's could have been kin??? Thanks for your time.
