I got caught up in other things (life happens, you know) and didn't even know you'd responded to my earlier message until now. I'm not sure where we have placed this book at the moment, but will look around the house for it. As for getting a copy of it, it was in my grandmother's posession when she passed away and I have no idea when or where she got it.
