Hello folks! I am working on the Summer Bulletin for the Wilkes Genealogical Society. If you have pictures, queries or stories that you are willing to share, please send them to wgseditor@yhotmail.com.    Also, for our next issue, we are going to have a Guest Author Contest. I invite each of you to submit an article that relates to families from Wilkes County, NC. The article must contain information about families with their roots in Wilkes County, NC, but may also include information on later branches that have left the area. All entries should be double spaced and emailed to WGSeditor@hotmail.com. All entries should be received on or before July 15th, 2007. Pictures, transcriptions of original documents, etc., will add to your score. All entries will become the property of WGSeditor@hotmail.com, and may be used at any time as the WGS Editor needs.
