Born February 15, 1931 in Wilkes County. He is survived by his children (Allen, Susan, Barbara Ann, and Lori), his granchildren, and great grandchildren.Also surviving are two brothers Gar and Paul Handy as well as two sisters Oza Hayes and Faye Coffey. Preceeded in death by brothers John, Guy, Geno, Pedro and Claude Monroe. Sisters - Lula H.Absher and Ola Handy At his request there will be no services.
