Bond date 21 May 1819, Bondsman: James Layne. Charlotte Lane was born in 1800 in Virginia. Died after 1870 in AL or MS. James Sanders was born 1777. Have you seen either Layne/Lane in your searching? James and Charlotte traveled quite a bit. They were in Tennessee for 10 years , then SC, then to Pickens and Fayette Co AL. Thanks for any help you can send my way. Nancy Smith
