I just found out more info so I am posting it just in case anyone knows the answer. ( Just got copy of the divorce in the mail ) My William Hubbard Tedder filed for divorce 1900 claiming wife Mary E. Riddle - Tedder committed adutery with J A ( James ) Lowe.The Sheriff went to serve Mary E. Riddle - Tedder to appear in court but they could not locate her in Wilkes County. I went on the census and I found what appears to be James Lowe listed with Wife Mary E. Lowe in 1900 in Jackson County. They are both the right age born 1848-1850.
