Lucy, I was just putting some of my Parks family history into my genealogy program, when I saw your post, I was entering Ambrose Parks and Frances Livingston Isbell, she was born in 1770, in Virginia, according to my records, I hope this helps, her Dad is Livingston Isbell and Mother is Ann Martin.
