Fannie was born abt. 1887 in Elkins, Surry Co. N.C. her parents were Robert Sprinkle and Sarah Anne Bauguess. I know she married A Halbrook/ Holbrook. She was in Oliver Springs, Morgan Co. Tn in 1930. She's listed on My Great Grandmothers Death Certificate. I don't know if she stayed in Oliver Springs or went back home to North Carolina. Thanks For any help.
