Lenny & Nanalee I am sorry but I get so confused. My info on Caudills shows that Jeremiah Caudill was the son of William Caudill and his wife Elizabeth Pruitt. This William Caudill would have been a brother to James Caudill, Sr. and their father would have been Stephen Caudill who died in Lunenburg, VA. Can either of you verify this information for me. The best guess is that this William father of Jeremiah Caudill was a son of James Sr as his birth was probably 1754 to 1757 which would place him with James Sr this is the concenus of opinion between Sam Sebastion, Clayton Cox and myself. I t was enough to have Clayton Cox include the family of Jeremiah in his Caudill books.
