I read he was buried in the Bud Eller Cemetery Bina Ashe CO NC He married Delilah ELLER on August 04, 1828 son of James MCNIEL and Mary (Polly) Shepard I can not find OLIVER or his wife or the last two children William and Elizabeth in the 1870 census.
