Go to the intersection of Absher Road at Longbottom Road. Go down Absher four tenths of a mile (headed south on Absher) to a dirt road on your right. Hello cousins, I am a 4th great grandson of Jeremiah Caudill and Sara Jane Adams through their daughter Pheroby (Pheraby). She married Ezekiel Joines, her 2nd cousin. My Mother was Ruth Joines, daughter of Hardin and Carrie Buttery Joines who are also buried there, among many of our other relatives. My brother and I still own the Joines property, a piece of which lies just north of, and, adjacent to, the little access road leading to the cemetery. I am interested in both the Caudill and Adams families and would be interested in information that might be available about Jeremiah and Sara's ancestors I will share any information I might have, but that's about all I know about that Jeremiah and Sara. Let me know if I can help in any other way. I think we are related to about every family in Wilkes that has been there a hundred years or more. Good luck in your search.
