He married Rebecca Miller (b. about 1805 in North Carolina) in Wilkes County, NC on July 26, 1824. John J. Miller was listed as the Bondsman and O Barrett was listed as the witness. I need to know who Rebecca's parents were also. Richard and Rebecca are listed in the 1830 Census of Haywood County, NC. They are listed in the White County, Illinois Census of 1840.
