I am a descendant of Deborah Jackson and Robert McGinty. Deborah was the daughter of Thomas Jackson, the son of Isaac Jackson. I had thought - but have no proof - that Ruth was the daughter of Thomas, not the daughter of Isaac. Ruth is either the daughter of Thomas or the sister of Thomas. Can you help?

Geographically your family seems to follow the same course as mine but can't fit them into our direct line. I'm sure there is a connection somewhere. I have sent your request on to another Lieurance researcher whose husband descended from our Lucinda Alice Lieurance. Hopefully she will be able to help you. In the meantime if I find anything in my records that might be of use to you I'll send it on. Happy hunting, mlbs33@bellsouth.net
