He was the son of John Hall and Nancy Stamper Hall. In some ways the family is related to the Wyatt family. This is the Cenusu in Wilkes County, Mary Wyatt shows up in the census as living with Rubenand Susan Hall . she is listed as a laborer. She has two children listed (1880 Census) Wilkes County, James Wyatt and Mira Wyatt, ages 11 and 8. The next time Mary is listed is in Smyth County, VA, (1900 Census) She is listed as the wife of Nathan Hall and children and my grandfather John, Sister Oma and Sister Belle.     3. The Forsyth County Genealogical Society will hold its regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 14 at 7 pm in the Forsyth County Main Library Auditorium. The program speaker will be Robert Tuttle on "Immigration by Ship in the Mid-1700's". Mr. Tuttle's talk will be illustrated with a 1/24-scale model of a Moravian ship built from plans from the Smithsonian Institution. Refreshments at 6:30 pm. The Library is located at 660 W. 5th Street in Winston-Salem. The meeting is free and open to the public.
