I don't know if he went by Forrest or not. They were married in about 1915 in Goldsboro. I have come across a Geneva Smith in some of my research...She was married to a Forrest Pope. I was wondering if this is the family I am looking for. These are the members of the Smith family that I know about: Andrew b. abt 1879, Patience b. abt 1887, Kate born about 1889, and 2 more sisters. Forrest ran a logging business about 1922 around Goldsboro. Thanks for any help with this search. Debbie Howell
