I did not find Parker on the 1830 census. I did find him on the 1840 and 1850 census. Isaac J. Nowell and Abraham Clark Nowell were brothers. Isaac moved to Texas and Abraham stayed in Missouri. Abraham was killed in the 1840's. William Nowell is a mystery. Some of the Nowell's probably moved to the Houston area. You can find my family tree on Ancestry.com. I wish that I could help you. Joyce
