Looking for any info on Benajah Williams who was born ca. 1803 in NC and married first Elizabeth last name unknown, he married second Sarah Lewis on July 24 1853 in Johnston Co NC. Benajah and Elizabeth had Thomas, Emily, Benjamin B., Narcissa, Augustus, Phineas, Arutus, James, Pinkney p., and William. Most of the children were married in Wayne Co.
