My great great grandparents were James Richard Parker[born 1805 and died 7/20/1894]his first wife Charity Stevens [born abt. 1810 and died 12/7/1865]. His second wife was Edith Herring, no children by this marriage. They lived in Wayne Co and bought a farm[1,766 acres] from George L. Kornegay son of Daniel Kornegay. The farm was Mulberry Hill located on the West side of Thunder Swamp. That is where they are buried. I noticed that there were several James and Richard Parker's. Does anyone know who James R. Parker and Charity E. Stevens' parents were? Would appreciate any information that might lead to their parents or siblings. Especially, Charity Stevens. Thanks.
