It is operated by the city and would probably be the location you are looking for regarding a 1913 burial. Record keeping was probably very poor to nonexistant then....some records from more recent years are difficult to interpret. The central complex office for the city cemetery is 919-734-8674. The direct number to the office located within the cemetery is 919-735-1065 but you will probably get the best results from the complex. If I can be of more assistance locally, get in touch.
