The book is good reading but has a few errors. There is some wonderful anecdotal material and there are tales that are very interesting and fun to read. The material that is supposed to be factual, in some cases, has not been documented, and thus can't be relied on completely. The book does give an excellent starting point for learning more about a particular family. Many people didn't know about the book in time to submit their family information.
