Diana, The reference is: "Wayne County, North Carolina Marriage Abstracts: Marriage Bonds, 1850 - 1861; Surviving Marriage Register & Marriage Applications, 1867 - 1903", Frances G. Howell, 1998. Archives call #GR929.3N8wayH859w. The referenced entry was on page 107. Don't know what the license number is. I haven't found the parents of Roxie Lamb/Lamm yet. I'm working on the descendants of Jacob Lamb from Wayne County and was thinking she might be connected. I have a Roxie, Abram and Missouri in my database but I don't think they're the same as this Roxie and her parents. G.
