Family and friends of the late James Henry WILKINS and Sarah Bonner (JORDAN) WILKINS are invited to bring food and drinks to be shared at noon, to enjoy an afternoon of fellowship and celebrate 200 years of the Wilkins Family. The founders of the WILKINS family were Alfred WILKINS, born about 1800 and who came to Boonhill Township in Johnston County about 1835-40, and his wife Edith. Their children were: Henry W. WILKINS who married Sarah HOWELL; John WILKINS and Marenda RAINS; Eli WILKINS and Evaline HILL; Owen C. WILKINS and Rebecca JOHNSON; Sarah D. WILKINS; Edith Mariah WILKINS who married Henry BYRD; and Mary Ann WILKINS who married William EASON. Descendants of all of these and other WILKINS families are invited to attend and be added to the Family History.
