Thomas LANE but we have no confirming documents. I have always wondered if the Thomas LANE of Dobbs is actually Thomas LANIER of Brunswick Co., VA, who was married to Elizabeth HICKS. There has to be a link in this bunch back to Granville County, NC because DNA proves my DANIEL bunch are related to the Chesley DANIEL and Judith Woodson CHRISTIAN family of Granville County, NC.
