W., Concord, died Saturday, May 25, 1996, at Cabarrus Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wilkinson Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. James Goodloe will officiate. Burial will be at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at the funeral home and otherwise will be at 336 Eastover Drive, S. E. Pallbearers will be Cyrus Brooks, Terry Parham, John Hampton, Allen Craven, Dick McMillan and Buddy Collins. Born Feb 1, 1932, in Faison, she was the daughter of the late David and Bessie Owens Holland. She was a sales associate with Coldwell Crown Real Estate and a past secretary of the Cabarrus County Association of Realtors. She was an avid gardener. Survivors include her husband, Willie H. Gibson; three daughters, Mrs. Sherry Rogers and Mrs. Ginger Walter, both of Concord, and Dr. Susan Gibson of Indian Shores, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Janie Nunn of Smithfield; a brother, Sidney Holland of Birmingham, Ala.; and four grandchildren.
